Duties and Responsibilities:
The Loyalty Marketing Analyst conducts market research (both primary and secondary) on loyalty programs within the Hospitality market vertical. The Loyalty Marketing Analyst will research, analyze and become an expert on all phases of the loyalty marketing offering. The analyst will:
The Loyalty Marketing Analyst will conduct interviews with market leaders and other researchers in order to assure a firm grasp of the market and maintain thought leadership in this space. Additionally, the analyst will author articles and white papers and produce insightful points of view on the loyalty marketing space.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in marketing, Hospitality or loyalty marketing are preferred. Prior experience in loyalty marketing is very helpful but not required as is experience in the Hospitality vertical.
